What Coaches Do — and Don’t Do
It’s important to know that health and wellness coaches are not medical professionals, nutritionists, or therapists. We are not qualified to test, diagnose, prescribe, or provide meal plans.
What we do is help you explore what feels optimal for your health and wellness, support you in creating realistic strategies, and encourage you to discuss medical changes and questions with your trusted healthcare providers.
Coaching is about empowerment, accountability, and transformation — guiding you toward the version of yourself you most want to be.
